David Dusenbury, CFA, serves as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Cornerstone Capital Group where he is responsible for strategic corporate business development. He also serves on the Executive Committee and Investment Policy Committee for Cornerstone Capital Investment Management (CCIM).
David has spent twenty-five years on Wall Street, analyzing and investing in financial services companies. For the past ten years, he has been a Portfolio Manager at Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co, LLC. With $1.9 billion in assets under management, David was the partner responsible for the firm’s investments in insurance, banks and financial services companies.
From 2002 to 2005, David was an Equity Analyst at Dionis Management, a hedge fund established by a former Tiger Funds analyst. From 1994 to 2002, he was a Director in Equity Research at Credit Suisse First Boston. During this time, David was ranked on Institutional Investor‘s All American Research roster as a top analyst from 1996-1998 and a top three analyst by Greenwich Associates. From 1991 to 1994, David was a Research Associate at Salomon Brothers responsible for companies in the mortgage finance sector. From 1988 to 1991, he was in the investment consulting group of William Mercer.
David graduated from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1988 and earned his MBA in Finance in 1994 from New York University. He is a CFA Charter Holder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
