Alison Smith has over 12 years of experience in marketing, communications and lead generation. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Alison served as Vice President of Marketing and Membership at TIGER 21, where she developed and managed marketing and public relations initiatives. Alison succeeded in growing TIGER 21’s membership by 30% year over year during her tenure. Before joining TIGER 21, Alison worked at Marina Maher Communications, where she focused on media relations and contributed to the development of marketing and branding plans. She also worked at the United Nations Association, where she coordinated and oversaw events across the nation, represented UNA at public speaking events, researched and wrote articles, and managed relationships with partners.
Alison is a graduate from Fordham University Graduate School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing. She earned her B.A. at Ithaca College. Alison serves on the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society Advisory Board and regularly gives time as a mentor of a teen mother through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. Alison and her husband live in Manhattan with their daughter and puppy.
