Anne Weisberg is the Women’s Initiative Director at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP. She is a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader who has designed innovative practices to build effective, inclusive work environments, including co-authoring the best selling Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace With Today’s Nontraditional Workforce (HBS, 2007). Previously, Anne served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at the Families and Work Institute, and with companies like BlackRock and Deloitte to align workplaces to the changing nature of work and the workforce. She joined Deloitte from Catalyst, where she directed Women in Law: Making the Case and advised law firms and Fortune 500 companies on gender strategies.
Anne received her Bachelor of Science Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School.
