Gemma is a Manager in the Deloitte Private Advisory practice in Melbourne, Australia. Her experience and interests lie in realising efficient, effective and sustainable outcomes by aligning responsible business behaviour with commercial objectives. Gemma has consulted with clients across the private, public and not for profit sectors with a specific focus on linking organisational behaviour, strategic planning and long-term performance. Prior to Deloitte, Gemma was a Strategic Consultant at Sinclair Knight Merz working across the public, private and not for profit sectors to effectively align commercial, economic, social and environmental objectives in the public policy cycle. She was at the United Nations Global Compact backed Principles for Social Investment Secretariat in Melbourne recruited to build the foundation of the organization to make it “fit for purpose’ for a CEO and with an emphasis on global stakeholder engagement and relationship building, corporate sponsorship and strategic development. She was also at Macquarie group Ltd as a Risk Analyst.

Gemma has a Masters of Environmental Management (Environmental Economics and Policy) from Duke University, a BA of Commerce (Economics) from Deakin University, a BS of Applied Science (Public Health and Health Promotion) from Deakin University. She is a member of WEF Global Shapers in Melbourne.
