Gregory Campbell is an entrepreneur, executive and investor. He is President & CEO of Rainmaker, Inc., an investment and advisory firm he founded in 1995, and continues to serve as Managing Partner of the North Texas Opportunity Fund. Through Rainmaker, he works to build and invest in businesses that are disruptive, scalable and noble in their purpose. Over the past 20 years Greg has created and operated businesses in multiple sectors including technology, real estate, education, distribution, beverage and financial services. As one of the original partners with Best Merchant Partners, he originated, structured and closed the five transactions that formed the basis of Whitney International University System, now a significant player in South American higher education. He served as CEO of HBCUsonline.com, an education management company that facilitated the online transition for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) and has been an investor in several education and technology ventures. Greg previously held senior management positions with Pepsi-Cola, Best Foods, Frito-Lay and PepsiCo. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
