Jeff Zelkowitz is senior director and global financial practice leader at APCO Worldwide, a global communication, stakeholder engagement and business strategy firm. He advises corporate clients on navigating transactions and strategic change; achieving communications goals in the financial markets and media; and strategies for advancing corporate reputation and “license to grow” through effective engagement with the full range of stakeholders in today’s high-stakes business and policy environment.

His work frequently involves helping companies to understand issues, risks and opportunities in the stakeholder landscape and communicate strategically about business value for stakeholders and sustainability and corporate governance related issues. He has also authored articles, edited publications and organized thought leadership forums on corporate governance, sustainability and financial communication.

Jeff joined the APCO team in New York in 2006. He has more than 20 years of financial and corporate communication experience and has worked with clients in the consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, industrial, real estate, retail, telecommunications and transportation sectors. In addition to advising leading U.S. companies and multinationals, he has worked extensively with businesses in Europe and emerging markets. He was previously a partner and managing director at an international investor relations firm in New York and London.
