Kimberly Gladman is the Research Director at Just Capital, a foundation devoted to the promotion of greater corporate responsibility. Before joining Just Capital in 2013, Kimberly served for nearly six years as research director at GMI Ratings (formerly The Corporate Library), a sustainability research and ratings firm with a focus on corporate governance. Prior to GMI, she headed a team of research analysts at Domini Social Investments, a prominent socially responsible mutual fund manager, and also participated in the firm’s shareholder advocacy. She began her career in academia, where she focused on interdisciplinary research and teaching. Kimberly has written widely on topics in corporate governance and responsible investment, and she serves on the Research Committee of the US-SIF Foundation and the Steering Committee of the Principles for Responsible Investment Academic Network. She also serves on the Investment Committee for the Common Endowment Fund of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and co-chairs the UUA’s Socially Responsible Investment Committee. Kimberly holds a B.A. from Yale University, a Ph.D. from New York University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
