Kimberly Gladman is the Research Director at 50/50 Climate Project, with responsibility to oversee, direct and build capacity for corporate governance and financial research activities oriented around elevating climate risk in corporate boardrooms. Previously, she was Research Director for Just Capital, a sustainability-oriented nonprofit founded by hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones and author Deepak Chopra. Before Just Capital, Kimberly served for nearly six years as research director at GMI Ratings (formerly The Corporate Library), a sustainability research and ratings firm with a focus on corporate governance. Prior to GMI, she headed a team of research analysts at Domini Social Investments, a prominent socially responsible mutual fund manager, and also participated in the firm’s shareholder advocacy. She began her career in academia, where she focused on interdisciplinary research and teaching. Kimberly has written widely on topics in corporate governance and responsible investment. Kimberly holds a B.A. from Yale University, a Ph.D. from New York University, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
