Inside the Sustainability Department of Enel Group, Marina Migliorato sets the strategic direction for the company’s positioning as a sustainability leader and a pioneer in demonstrating the long-term business value of incorporating economic, social and environmental perspectives into its market proposition. She joined Enel in 1999, where she started in Institutional Affairs and then moved to the External Relations Department as Head of Internal Communication, Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Head of CSR. She worked for Unicef and many NGO’s and was also a consultant for various public administrations and private companies.

Ms. Migliorato is member of the Steering Committee of the UN Global Compact LEAD, member of CSR Europe Board of Directors and actively participate in the GRI working groups and in many Sustainability global networks. She is also a member of the Global Advisory Council of Cornerstone Capital Group.

She has a degree in Political Science and a Masters in International Law and Business Administration and received subsequent credentials including the Cambridge Sustainability Leadership Programme.
