Mark Goff is a business development and public affairs consultant based in Washington, DC. Before forming his solo consultancy in 1992 he held executive positions at marketing firms and private companies, and was previously chief of staff to U.S. Rep Jim Moody of Wisconsin. For many years Mark’s practice was domestically-focused, with clients including Applied Computer Solutions (now Xerox), United Water and Cellnet Technologies. In 2006 he shifted his focus overseas, assisting offshore companies in making their initial entry into the U.S. market. He has since worked with companies based in Norway, Pakistan and, most recently, Bangladesh. Mark’s skills include developing financial packages through organizations such as the World Bank, Ex-Im Bank, IFC and OPIC.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Wisconsin.
